This notice is presented in compliance with the requirements of Public Law 106-102, commonly known as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This act, in part, requires certain companies to make available information regarding their privacy policies and practices.

We recognize our obligation to keep certain information secure and confidential. We do not sell or share Customer Information with marketers outside Dahlink Financial Corporation. Furthermore, we carefully manage information to give our customers better service and more convenience.

This policy covers "nonpublic personal information," which means personally identifiable information about a customer or a customer's current or former account that may be made available to Dahlink Financial Corporation. Such information may be collected from the following sources:

Information on applications or other forms; Information about prior transactions with us or with others; Information received from a consumer reporting agency.

As a matter of policy, Dahlink Financial Corporation does not sell or otherwise share any Customer Information with outside marketers or others in ways not permitted or required by law. Keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We limit access to Customer Information to those associates who need to know that information to service individual accounts. Our associates are bound by a code of ethics requiring confidential treatment of Customer Information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect Customer Information. We continually assess new technology for protecting information and upgrade our systems when appropriate.

Keeping account information accurate and up to date is very important. We ask customers who may find that our information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current to notify us so that we may promptly update or correct any erroneous information.
